Monday, June 23 — CHICAGO / FRANKFURT

Today we depart Chicago O’Hare Airport for an overnight flight to Frankfurt.


Tuesday, June 24 — FRANKFURT / ROTHENBURG

Upon arrival at Frankfurt International Airport, we’ll meet our Tour Escort and travel via the autobahn to the medieval city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. This picturesque town in Bavaria has well preserved town walls that visitors can walk along. A late afternoon concert is scheduled on the famous Market Square (Marktplatz). (D)

Wednesday, June 25 — ROTHENBURG / INNSBRUCK

Passing through historic German cities, we’ll venture through Bavaria on our way to Innsbruck, Austria. Tonight we’ll perform in this internationally renowned town. (B,D)


Thursday, June 26 — INNSBRUCK / VENICE / MESTRE

Today we’ll cross into Italy via Europa Bridge and Brennerpas headed for Venice, “Pearl on the Adriatic.” After exploring Piazza San Marco and other Venetian treasures, we’ll stay in nearby Mestre. (B,D)


Friday, June 27 — VENICE / MESTRE / SAN MARINO / PISA

Traveling along the coastal route to Rimini we arrive in the Republic of San Marino. This is an enclave and the third smallest country of Europe. Following our concert, we’ll drive through the scenic Italian countryside to visit the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. (B,D)


Saturday, June 28 — PISA / CHAMONIX

Today we cross into France through the Mont Blanc Tunnel and onwards to Chamonix. Mont Blanc “white mountain” is the highest mountain in the Alps and Western Europe, at 15,780 feet. A concert is also planned tonight. (B,D)


Chillon Castle

Sunday, June 29 — CHAMONIX / MURREN

Visits to the municipality of Interlaken and to the Chillon Castle in Switzerland are on the charts today. This castle is on the shore of Lake Geneva and consists of 25 independent buildings that were gradually connected to form a single structure. (B,D)


Monday, June 30 — MURREN

Murren, the highest village in the Bernese Oberland, is perched on a rocky shelf overlooking the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Optional excursions are scheduled today. Take a cable car ride and visit the revolving restaurant at the summit of Schilthorn Mountain or hike through the area visiting Lauterbrunnen, Stechelberg or Trumelbach Falls. An evening concert is planned in the Sportcenter. (B,D)


Tuesday, July 1 — MURREN / RUEDESHEIM

Continuing our Europe 2008 Spectacular tour, it is time to go back to Germany. After a short stop in Switzerland’s enchanting Lucerne, we will reach tonight’s destination, Ruedesheim am Rhein, located on the Rhine River. (B,D)


Wednesday, July 2 — RUEDESHEIM / LUXEMBOURG

The famous Lorelei Rock is on today’s agenda. After a short trip by Rhinesteamer, you will see this massive rock, 120 meters above the water line. The rock marks the narrowest part of the river between Switzerland and the North Sea. Listen closely to hear the alluring singing of the Rhine maidens. This afternoon we arrive in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Here we have another concert planned at the Place d’Armes. (B,D)


Eiffel Tower

Thursday, July 3 — LUXEMBOURG / PARIS

After breakfast at the hotel we journey to France to visit Paris. Tonight’s illumination tour is a perfect introduction to the “City of Lights”. We will drive along the most important sites and statues of this city: Eiffel Tower, Seine River, Champs Elysees, Notre Dame and the Louvre Museum, to name a few. (B,D)


Friday, July 4 — PARIS

You are free to enjoy the “City of Lights” on your own this morning. An optional cruise on the Seine River may interest you or you can simply enjoy the Parisian boutiques and pastries. Our finale concert is tonight! (B,D)


Saturday, July 5 — PARIS / CHICAGO

It’s time to say au revoir to Paris. Today we transfer to Charles de Gaulle Airport for our return flight to Chicago. (B)
