Travel with others is a great way to enjoy old friends, make new friends, and discover this fascinating world we live in, all while someone else takes care of the details! Traveling with others shares the expenses as well as sharing the enjoyment of travel.

You have a variety of destinations and means of travel to choose among in the coming year. Our cruisetour "In the Footsteps of Paul" in July includes several days in Rome prior to sailing to the eastern Mediterranean to such places as Ephesus and Athens as well at Naples, Santorini, and Mykonos. A highlight will be our overnight stay in Istanbul. This tour will be led by Pauline scholar Dr. Loren Johns.

Among our locally hosted motorcoach tours will be our "Judy and Fran Head West" which is based on Fran's years of experience visiting many "off the beaten track" places, including little-known Nebraska. Another Judy and Fran tour will visit Vermont in September. Initial indications are that this tour will fill up fast. Call to book reserve your place on these tours today!

Menno Travel is partnering once again with Mayflower Tours to offer two longer motorcoach tours plus a September tour to the once-every-ten-years Oberammergau Passion Play in Germany. In July, we'll experience the "Trains and Canyons of the East" from July 17-23. From August 17-26 we'll head west and ride "Colorado's Historic Trains".

A great trip next winter is our "Best of Chile and Argentina Tour" in early 2011 providing an insight into these two beautiful countries during their summer season. This tour will especially interest those who appreciate wine since it includes two of the best wine regions in the world in the central valley of Chile and around Mendoza on the slopes of the Andes. This tour will be led by experience tour escort Barb Henry.

In addition to fully escorted tours, Menno Travel works alongside American Express Travel to offer hosted cruises worldwide through the American Express Mariner Club. Several Menno Travel employees will host Mariner Club sailings during the year, including Doug & Sharon Risser hosting a five-country river cruise on the Rhine and Mosel Rivers, May 11-24. These sailings will provide an onboard host, unique and exclusive shore-side events, and private cocktail parties for Mariner Club guests only.
