Rates Include:

• Round-trip motorcoach transportation between Elkhart and Chicago O’Hare
• Airfare Chicago to Shannon/Dublin to Chicago
• 7 nights accommodations
• 13 meals per itinerary
• Transportation by motorcoach per itinerary
• Services of a driver - escort
• Admission and sightseeing per itinerary
• Baggage handling
• All taxes on included items
• Final documents, destination information, luggage tags

Rates Exclude:

• Passport fees
• Gratuities
• Items of a personal nature such as souvenirs, phone calls, laundry service, etc.
• Deviations prior to, during, or after the tour

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
The initial deposit of $500.00 per person is due by check to Menno Travel Service at the time of booking. A second payment of $800 is due by February 8, 2008. Final payment is due April 8, 2008.

All cancellations must be in writing and received by Menno Travel Service. Cancellation fees are per person and based on the following dates:

Optional Vacation Protection Plan:
Menno Travel Service highly recommends purchasing Access America Vacation Protection Plan. Depending on the plan chosen, coverage may include vacation cancellation, interruption, baggage, emergency medical or trip delay coverage. Please contact Menno Travel Service for information. Payment is due within 14 days of your deposit in order to waive pre-existing conditions.
