Saturday, Feb. 26 — San Juan, Puerto Rico
Today you’ll travel from the Goshen area to Chicago O’Hare for your nonstop flight to San Juan. You will be transferred for embarkation on Royal Caribbean’s Serenade of the Seas.
Sunday, Feb. 27 — Tortola, British Virgin Islands
Home to beautiful white-sand beaches, rugged mountains and exotic steel drum music, Tortola offers something for everyone. Check out the Crafts Alive Marketplace for great crafts and souvenirs.
Monday, Feb. 28 — Philipsburg, St. Maarten
An island that was formally split in half by the Netherlands and France, Philipsburg displays its Dutch heritage in its architecture and landscaping. The island offers endless stretches of beach, water adventures and great shopping!
Tuesday, Mar. 1 — Basseterre, St. Kitts
With dormant volcanoes, pink beaches and beautiful green hills, St. Kitts is a beautiful backdrop to your Caribbean adventure. The island was founded in 1623 by both the French and the British and its deep colonial history is reflected in the abandoned fortresses, city squares and gardens.
Wednesday, Mar. 2 — Roseau, Dominica
Visit this charming coastal village of Dominica and one of the Caribbean’s most untouched islands. Roseau is home to lush forested mountains, black-sand beaches and is known as the “Nature Island of the Caribbean”.
Thursday, Mar. 3 — Bridgetown, Barbados
Although Barbados gained independence from the British in 1966, the island retains a distinctly English flavor. Enjoy British influences such as chocolate, china and the national pastime, cricket.
Friday, Mar. 4 — Cruising
Today is yours to discover the hidden treasures of the Serenade of the Seas. Enjoy a coffee at Latté-tudes, shop the ship’s stores or just relax on deck with a great novel.
Saturday, Mar. 5 — San Juan, Puerto Rico
Following breakfast, you will disembark the Serenade of the Seas and return to the San Juan airport for your flight to Chicago and transfer to the Goshen area. Your day ends with wonderful memories of your exciting Southern Caribbean cruise!
