We had a wonderful time. We have cruised half a dozen times, twice with Royal Caribbean and the rest with Carnival. The location you chose for our room could not have been better! It was super close to the elevators, right below the buffet/pool area, and directly across the hall from the self-service laundry on our floor. Thanks a million for making it so convenient for us to get everywhere we needed to go, without putting us too close to anything noisy.

There are so many choices to make and things to think of when planning a trip – I was grateful to have the benefit of your and Menno’s experience of various tour companies and the many other considerations when planning our trip toItaly. We had a terrific time! After reviewing maybe 5 tour companies and 12 to 15 itineraries, Insight Vacations and the Italian Elegance tour was almost perfect for what we were looking for. I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that John and I took my mother on a trip to Fresno to surprise my sister Susan at her 60th birthday party. I had looked at fares and itineraries online, but felt I was wasting a lot of time so I stopped in at Menno and talked with Tricia about fares and itineraries. We were able to get a good fare and flight schedule from Ft. Wayne/Fresno round trip and she arranged for wheel chairs and seat reservations. The trip went very smoothly and all the wheel chairs were even there. The computer automatically uploaded seat assignments and we were in the bulkhead for nearly every flight, giving John extra room to stretch out his bad knee. The fare was only $400 each round trip which was cheaper than almost anything I found online. Just wanted you to know that we had a great experience working with Tricia. – Diana Hershberger

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the service we received from Menno travel last week. When I received the call about 11:00 a.m. on Thursday that we needed to head to Florida I called and was put in touch with Karen. She was wonderful to work with and within 20 minutes she had arranged for us to leave out of Chicago at 6:30 P.M. Late Friday afternoon I called again to confirm a return and have tickets changed and Tricia was kind enough to assist. Within a short time that was taken care of.
